Debbi Mallinson
CEO and Founder
Debbi is a nonprofit consultant with two decades of experience in the nonprofit world. She works with small to mid-sized non-profits providing business development services to increase funding, deepen stakeholder relationships, and expand community impact.
Prior to nonprofit consulting, Debbi managed the Information Technology Department for a local Home Health Agency. She has volunteered for a number of non-profits providing grants management, event management, and marketing expertise. She has held a board position for the Women in Development of Central Massachusetts. Debbi holds a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts.

Ruth Kuria
Administrative Assistant
Ruth is our talented and multi-skilled Administrative Assistant. Ruth is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. She enjoys practicing meditation and mindfulness to stay alert and productive.
Esther Ndegwa
Marketing Assistant
Esther is our fabulous Marketing Assistant, utilizing her experience in content creation and social media management. Esther is a graduate of Kenyatta University with a degree in Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering.
Esther creates Magic Lamp Consulting's weekly email and LinkedIn Newsletters. She assists in creating impact reports, annual reports, and client one-pagers.
Kunal Mehta
Financial Analyst
Kunal brings over ten years of financial management experience with him to Magic Lamp Consulting. He has experience working with clients to raise funds to advance their business. Kunal attained a Masters Degree in Business Administration, with concentrations in Finance and Marketing. He recently received a Masters in Finance from Clark University.
Kunal assists nonprofit clients analyzing financial data and ensuring that the program budgets are accurately accounted for in the organizational budget.
Christian Norton
IT Analyst
Christian joined Magic Lamp Consulting's IT Team from Visions Internships' 2022 Fall VIP program. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer System Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and has experience as a technical consultant.
Christian works on Magic Lamp Consulting's systems automation, solving IT issues, and creating and setting up our client portals.
Garrett Mallinson
IT/Financial Analyst
Garrett's experience in Finance and IT make him an asset to the Magic Lamp Consulting Team. He attended Champlain College majoring in Cyber-Security and has enjoyed participating in local Hackathons.
Garrett has a diverse skillset which range from supporting our Microsoft system, hardware and software setup, providing finance support, and assisting the grants team.
Satpreet Kaur Ghai
Marketing Analyst Intern
Satpreet Kaur Ghai is pursuing her Master’s in Marketing, focusing on developing data-driven strategies and innovative digital campaigns. Her passion lies in social media marketing, brand engagement, and leveraging analytics to drive impactful marketing decisions.
At Magic Lamp Consulting, she enjoys collaborating on creative projects, enhancing her strategic marketing skills, and contributing to meaningful campaigns that make a difference.

Marketing Analyst Intern
Aashika is a master's student at Clark University, specializing in Business Analytics. She approaches everything with enthusiasm and a collaborative spirit, making her an amazing addition to the Magic Lamp Consulting Team.

Information Technology Analyst Intern
Adwait is a master's student at Clark University, specializing in Information Technology. With a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex problems, he is making significant contributions as a Business/IT Analyst at Magic Lamp Consulting. This semester, he is focused on Power BI. His dedication to innovation and efficiency drives his work, aligning perfectly with his goal of using IT to create impactful solutions in the business world.

Parimala Yerraguntla is thrilled to be back at Magic Lamp Consulting, this time as a Marketing Analyst Intern! Last year, she had an amazing experience interning here as a Business Analyst, working on SharePoint. What she loved most were our weekly client visits. This unique culture of care and dedication towards clients is what truly sets Magic Lamp Consulting apart from other nonprofit consulting and grant writing companies.

Joanne is a marketing major at Clark University and brings experience working with non-profits, such as IMPACT RI and CRPS Warriors Foundation. At Magic Lamp Consulting, she is broadening her skills in marketing and acquiring more professional experience.
Nicole Weise
Marketing Analyst Intern
Nicole Weise is a currently a Marketing Major at Clark University. She is a first semester senior and is looking to pursue a career in Marketing Analytics after she graduates. She is experienced in social media management and data analysis. She is very excited to get involved in her community and help out some lovely non-profits in their marketing efforts and spreading the word of their good cause through interning with Magic Lamp!
